Celebration of the Holidays

Nov 23

The Thanksgiving holiday, a harvest festival  in the US, is traced back to some of the earliest European settlers to arrive at Plymouth Rock (now in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts) in the 1620’s.  The “Pilgrims”, as they were known, stopped for three days to give thanks for the bounty of their harvest and their God for the blessings he bestowed upon them.  Today, the holiday has largely become a secular one with American football games and family gatherings.  In fact, it is the number one travel time of the year with families and friends coming from far and wide to be together to celebrate this time.

In celebration of this holiday, the WRAP offices will be closed on November 26 and 27 to allow our staff to be with their families and celebrate the blessings that have been bestowed upon us. Our offices will reopen on November 30.

We also acknowledge and send our best to those celebrating the Eid-al-Adha from November 27 to 29.

All our best,

The WRAP Staff
