Urspr\u00fcnglich f\u00fcr die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der globalen Spielwarenindustrie entwickelt, wird es heute in vielen Branchen eingesetzt und bietet branchen\u00fcbergreifende Programme an. Mit 20 Jahren Erfahrung unterst\u00fctzt ESCP Unternehmen dabei, ihre Umwelt-, Sozial- und Governance-Ziele (ESG) zu messen und zu erreichen, Arbeitsrisiken zu minimieren und einen sicheren und ethischen Arbeitsplatz f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer zu schaffen. <\/p>\n\n

WRAP kooperiert mit ESCP<\/a> um ethische Praktiken in Produktionsst\u00e4tten weltweit zu verbessern. Die Organisationen arbeiten eng zusammen, um Lieferanten bei der Verbesserung der Arbeitsstandards zu unterst\u00fctzen und so ein sicheres und faires Arbeitsumfeld f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiter zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird WRAP die ESCP Worker Helpline als Pilotprojekt starten und in 40 Bekleidungsfabriken in verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern, beginnend in Vietnam, eine Co-Branding-Helpline einrichten. Diese Helpline bietet Arbeitern eine vertrauliche Anlaufstelle, um Bedenken zu \u00e4u\u00dfern und Unterst\u00fctzung zu suchen, wodurch die Arbeitsstandards und Arbeitnehmerrechte in der Branche weiter verbessert werden. <\/p>\n\n
