Eine faire Verg\u00fctung erm\u00f6glicht es den Mitarbeitern, ihre Grundbed\u00fcrfnisse zu decken, finanziellen Stress zu reduzieren und ihr allgemeines Wohlbefinden zu verbessern. Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) setzt sich weltweit f\u00fcr ethische Gesch\u00e4ftspraktiken und nachhaltiges Lieferkettenmanagement ein. Deshalb ist Prinzip 5: Verg\u00fctung und Zusatzleistungen ein <a href=\"https:\/\/wrapcompliance.org\/de\/about\/what-we-do\/12-principles\/\">wichtige S\u00e4ule des WRAP-Programms<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Ein existenzsichernder Lohn ist definiert als das Mindesteinkommen, das ein Arbeitnehmer zur Deckung seiner Grundbed\u00fcrfnisse ben\u00f6tigt. Zu den Bed\u00fcrfnissen geh\u00f6ren Nahrung, Unterkunft und andere grundlegende Bed\u00fcrfnisse wie Kleidung, medizinische Versorgung, Bildung und Unterhaltung. Ziel eines existenzsichernden Lohns ist es, einem Arbeitnehmer durch Besch\u00e4ftigung einen einfachen, aber angemessenen Lebensstandard zu erm\u00f6glichen. Jedes Land definiert einen Mindestlohn unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung des Existenzminimums (Mindesteinkommen, das erforderlich ist, um einen grundlegenden Lebensstandard gem\u00e4\u00df den spezifischen Lebensstandards des jeweiligen Landes zu gew\u00e4hrleisten).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">WRAP ist bestrebt, an allen zertifizierten Standorten Mindestlohnstandards f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter einzuhalten. Um einen systematischen Rahmen an den Standorten zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, verlangt das WRAP-Zertifizierungsprogramm, dass Mitarbeiter eine faire Verg\u00fctung f\u00fcr ihre Arbeit erhalten, einschlie\u00dflich p\u00fcnktlicher Lohnauszahlung und Sozialleistungen, die den f\u00fcr ihren Standort geltenden lokalen und nationalen Gesetzen entsprechen. Dies umfasst etwaige Zuschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr \u00dcberstunden oder Feiertagsarbeit sowie alle weiteren Zulagen und Leistungen, einschlie\u00dflich der obligatorischen Sozialversicherung gem\u00e4\u00df den lokalen Vorschriften.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Durch unseren Schulungs- und Pr\u00fcfungsprozess kl\u00e4rt WRAP Personen im Bekleidungs- und Schuhherstellungssektor \u00fcber die Bedeutung einer fairen Verg\u00fctung auf und unterst\u00fctzt sie bei der Einhaltung aller durch die \u00f6rtlichen Gesetze festgelegten Bestimmungen hinsichtlich der gesetzlichen Leistungen, auf die Arbeitnehmer in verschiedenen Besch\u00e4ftigungsszenarien Anspruch haben.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Unser Ziel in allen unseren internationalen Betrieben ist es, die Unterschiede bei L\u00f6hnen und Sozialleistungen der Arbeitnehmer zu identifizieren und Best Practices \u00fcber verschiedene Regionen hinweg auszutauschen.
