Al'lyienah<\/strong> arbeitet seit zwei Jahren bei WRAP und ist Senior Coordinator of Compliance Administration am WRAP-Hauptsitz in den USA.<\/p>\n\n

\"Al'lyienah<\/figure>\n\n

Meine Arbeit stellt sicher, dass die externen \u00dcberwachungsfirmen, mit denen wir zusammenarbeiten, gut \u00fcber die Berichts- und Pr\u00fcfungsstandards von WRAP informiert sind. Ich \u00fcberpr\u00fcfe und best\u00e4tige au\u00dferdem, dass die von uns erhaltenen Betriebsberichte f\u00fcr die WRAP-Zertifizierung in Frage kommen. Generell tr\u00e4gt diese Arbeit dazu bei, die Qualit\u00e4t des Programms aufrechtzuerhalten, da von WRAP zertifizierte Betriebe unsere sozialen Compliance-Standards widerspiegeln. Ich habe gro\u00dfe Anstrengungen bei der Neugestaltung der Prozesse in der Organisation beobachtet, um unsere Arbeit effektiver zu gestalten. Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr diese laufende Neugestaltung ist die \u00dcbernahme der Aufsicht \u00fcber das WRAP-Schulungsprogramm durch die Compliance-Verwaltungsabteilung. Da die Compliance-Verwaltungsabteilung die Stelle ist, die die Berichts- und Pr\u00fcfungsstandards von WRAP kommuniziert, wird eine direktere Einbindung in das Schulungsprogramm sicherstellen, dass diese Standards den Pr\u00fcfern, die WRAP-Audits durchf\u00fchren, effektiver vermittelt werden. <\/p>\n\n

WRAP steht mit seinem Engagement f\u00fcr soziale Compliance auf solidem Boden, insbesondere in einem so gro\u00dfen Sektor wie der Bekleidungsindustrie, der weitreichende Auswirkungen auf das Leben der Verbraucher und der Arbeitskr\u00e4fte hat, die weltweit Kleidung und Textilien herstellen.
