Aimee Dobrzeniecki is the Vice President of Administration. She holds an Executive MBA from George Washington University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. She has 25-plus years of experience, including business management, financial analysis, process improvement, quality auditing, and environmental sustainability. She was a senior executive in the U.S. Commerce Department working on manufacturing technology and international business policy initiatives.

Partnering to tackle challenges defines Aimee’s work experience. She established a green suppliers network helping companies introduce products which resulted in environmental reductions while increasing company profits. Similarly, Aimee increased the number of smaller firms that could successfully respond to new supply chain initiatives through the introduction of new technology on the factory floor. Aimee initially honed her process improvement and system skills by working as a research and technology engineer.
