Prior to joining WRAP, she served on the communications team of a leading nationwide labor and employment law firm. She also served on the board of a local women’s leadership and development forum that brought women in the D.C. area together to learn about trending public policy issues.

Outside of work, Haley is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Policy (MPP) from George Mason University (GMU)’s Schar School of Policy and Government. Her free time is usually spent visiting Virginia breweries, D.C. museums, and Delaware beaches.
