Al'lyienah<\/strong> Ha trabajado con WRAP durante dos a\u00f1os y es el Coordinador Senior de Administraci\u00f3n de Cumplimiento en la sede de WRAP en EE. UU.<\/p>\n\n

\"Al'lyienah<\/figure>\n\n

Mi trabajo garantiza que las empresas de monitoreo externas con las que colaboramos est\u00e9n bien informadas sobre los est\u00e1ndares de informes y auditor\u00eda de WRAP. Tambi\u00e9n reviso y confirmo que los informes de las instalaciones que recibimos sean elegibles para recibir la Certificaci\u00f3n WRAP. En t\u00e9rminos generales, este trabajo contribuye a mantener la calidad del programa, ya que las instalaciones certificadas por WRAP reflejan nuestros est\u00e1ndares de cumplimiento social. He observado un gran esfuerzo en la reconfiguraci\u00f3n de los procesos de la organizaci\u00f3n que aumentar\u00e1n la eficacia de nuestro trabajo. Un ejemplo de esta reconfiguraci\u00f3n continua es que el Departamento de Administraci\u00f3n de Cumplimiento ha asumido la supervisi\u00f3n del programa de capacitaci\u00f3n de WRAP. Dado que el Departamento de Administraci\u00f3n de Cumplimiento es el organismo que comunica los est\u00e1ndares de informes y auditor\u00eda de WRAP, una participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s directa en el programa de capacitaci\u00f3n garantizar\u00e1 que estos est\u00e1ndares se comuniquen de forma m\u00e1s eficaz a los auditores que realizan las auditor\u00edas de WRAP. <\/p>\n\n

WRAP cuenta con una s\u00f3lida base para defender el cumplimiento social, especialmente en un sector tan importante como el textil, que tiene amplias implicaciones en la vida de los consumidores y la fuerza laboral que produce la ropa y los textiles del mundo.
