Colaboro estrechamente con los supervisores y f\u00e1bricas acreditados por WRAP para garantizar que comprendan e implementen eficazmente las directrices de WRAP. Desde mi incorporaci\u00f3n, he visto a WRAP expandir su presencia global y adoptar herramientas de auditor\u00eda m\u00e1s eficientes. Tambi\u00e9n he observado un creciente compromiso con la mejora continua y la colaboraci\u00f3n entre equipos. Asimismo, he observado una mayor concienciaci\u00f3n entre los fabricantes sobre la importancia de las pr\u00e1cticas \u00e9ticas y el bienestar de los trabajadores. Las f\u00e1bricas se est\u00e1n volviendo m\u00e1s proactivas en la adopci\u00f3n de los principios de WRAP, y los trabajadores est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s capacitados para comprender sus derechos.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Una de las partes m\u00e1s significativas de mi trayectoria en WRAP ha sido el crecimiento personal que he experimentado junto con mi desarrollo profesional. Comenc\u00e9 mi carrera en un puesto administrativo y, con los a\u00f1os, he crecido en WRAP, no solo en cuanto a t\u00edtulo, sino tambi\u00e9n en confianza, perspectiva y prop\u00f3sito. Lo que me sigue inspirando es la gente: la calidez, la amabilidad y la profesionalidad de mis compa\u00f1eros. He tenido la oportunidad de aprender de muchas personas maravillosas, algunas de las cuales han seguido adelante, mientras que otras siguen siendo valiosos compa\u00f1eros de equipo hasta el d\u00eda de hoy.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">A lo largo de mi tiempo en WRAP, he vivido varios momentos muy importantes: la p\u00e9rdida de mi padre, la enfermedad de mi madre, mi matrimonio y dos embarazos complicados. Durante estos tiempos, WRAP fue m\u00e1s que un simple lugar de trabajo. Fue una fuente de genuino apoyo emocional y comprensi\u00f3n. Mis compa\u00f1eros y el equipo directivo me brindaron el espacio y la compasi\u00f3n que necesitaba para sanar, y por ello estoy profundamente agradecida. Este apoyo ha fortalecido mi v\u00ednculo con WRAP y me motiva a contribuir con a\u00fan m\u00e1s dedicaci\u00f3n.
