Como representante de WRAP para Indonesia y Malasia, he visto de primera mano c\u00f3mo este principio protege vidas y transforma los entornos laborales.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">En la industria textil de Indonesia, donde las mujeres constituyen la mayor parte de la fuerza laboral, el acoso suele quedar impune. Esto requiere <strong>Compromiso culturalmente sensible, comunicaci\u00f3n clara y compasiva, y fomento de la confianza con las partes interesadas en todos los niveles.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">En WRAP, <strong>La protecci\u00f3n comienza con la educaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>Impartimos talleres de capacitaci\u00f3n que ayudan tanto a gerentes como a empleados a reconocer las se\u00f1ales de acoso, incluyendo comportamientos sutiles como la intimidaci\u00f3n, la exclusi\u00f3n o la degradaci\u00f3n verbal. Estos momentos suelen generar reflexiones profundas: \u00abNo sab\u00eda que eso contaba\u00bb, comparti\u00f3 un empleado. Otros admitieron: \u00abNo sab\u00eda que estaba mal\u00bb. Ese paso del silencio a la concientizaci\u00f3n es donde comienza el verdadero cambio.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">A continuaci\u00f3n viene <strong>prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong>WRAP exige que los centros establezcan pol\u00edticas claras contra el acoso, las comuniquen a todos los empleados y las apliquen de forma consistente. Los supervisores reciben formaci\u00f3n no solo sobre qu\u00e9 evitar, sino tambi\u00e9n sobre c\u00f3mo liderar con respeto. Los centros certificados deben proporcionar mecanismos de queja seguros y confidenciales. Los trabajadores deben poder denunciar abusos sin temor a represalias.
