CTPAT FOREIGN MANUFACTURING MINIMUM SECURITY CRITERIA REQUIREMENTS ONE-DAY COURSE

The Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) is a program of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the US Department of Homeland Security. WRAP supports manufacturing facility compliance with the CTPAT program requirements to protect the supply chain, identify security gaps, and implement specific security measures and best practices.  Foreign manufacturing site minimum security criteria are fundamentally designed to be the building blocks for overseas production facilities to institute effective security practices designed to optimize supply chain performance and mitigate the risk of loss, theft, and contraband smuggling that could potentially introduce terrorists and implements of terrorism into the global supply chain. The determination and scope of criminal elements targeting world commerce through internal conspiracies requires companies, and particularly foreign manufacturers, to elevate their security practices.
