They include the spirit of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations (UN) Declaration on Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)\u2019s Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">The 12 Principles encompass human resources management, health and safety, environmental practices, and legal compliance including import\/export and customs compliance and security standards. ILO Convention 138 (Minimum Age) and Convention 95 (Protection of Wages) are explicitly referenced by Principle 3: Prohibition of Child Labor and Principle 5: Compensation and Benefits, respectively. In addition, WRAP Principles cover all aspects of the 11 ILO Indicators of Forced Labour. With respect to security standards, Principle 12: Security is benchmarked against the United States Custom and Border Protection\u2019s Customs and Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">WRAP 12 Principles are meant to promote responsible business practices and sustainability in supply chain management;  reduce, prevent, and eliminate potential harms to workers; help businesses strengthen human rights due diligence, traceability, and the identification of adverse impacts in supply chains; and, contribute to the advancement of the UN&#8217;s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">WRAP&#8217;s objective is to independently monitor and certify a facility\u2019s compliance with these standards, to validate that production within the facility\u2019s premises during all work shifts occurs under safe, lawful, humane, and ethical conditions. Facilities participate voluntarily and commit to ensuring that their practices will meet these standards, and further commit to passing along, on their part, the expectation that their contractors and suppliers likewise comply with these standards.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-theme-blocks-step theme-block appear-on-scroll no-image\"><div class=\"layout\"><div class=\"block-step\">1<\/div><div class=\"block-content\">\n<figure  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-image size-full\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wrapcompliance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/wrap_icons_12principles_laws.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2339866\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-heading\" ><span class=\"text\">\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u6cd5\u89c4<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">\u8bbe\u65bd\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u5176\u6240\u6709\u7ecf\u8425\u4e1a\u52a1\u6240\u5728\u5730\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53ca\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h6  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-heading is-style-expandable has-arrow-down\" ><span class=\"text\">\u9605\u8bfb\u66f4\u591a<\/span><svg class=\"icon svg-icon icon-arrow-right\"><use xlink:href=\"https:\/\/wrapcompliance.org\/wp-content\/themes\/wrapcompliance\/images\/icons.svg#icon-arrow-right\"><\/use><\/svg><\/h6>\n\n<div  class=\"theme-block wp-block-group has-black-color has-light-purple-background-color has-text-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" ><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">\u6240\u6709\u8bbe\u65bd\u90fd\u5c06\u9075\u5b88\u5176\u5f00\u5c55\u4e1a\u52a1\u6240\u5728\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u7684\u5f53\u5730\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ee5\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u9002\u7528\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u8fd9\u5c06\u6db5\u76d6\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u7684\u6240\u6709\u52b3\u52a8\u548c\u96c7\u4f63\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u4e00\u822c\u5546\u4e1a\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5904\u7406\u8150\u8d25\u548c\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u89c4\u5219\u548c\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6cd5\u3002<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Facilities will not use involuntary, forced, indentured, or trafficked labor.<\/p>\n\n<h6  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-heading is-style-expandable has-arrow-down\" ><span class=\"text\">\u9605\u8bfb\u66f4\u591a<\/span><svg class=\"icon svg-icon icon-arrow-right\"><use xlink:href=\"https:\/\/wrapcompliance.org\/wp-content\/themes\/wrapcompliance\/images\/icons.svg#icon-arrow-right\"><\/use><\/svg><\/h6>\n\n<div  class=\"theme-block wp-block-group has-black-color has-light-purple-background-color has-text-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" ><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c06\u4e25\u683c\u5728\u81ea\u613f\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u7ef4\u6301\u5c31\u4e1a\u3002\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u5f3a\u8feb\u3001\u76d1\u72f1\u3001\u5951\u7ea6\u3001\u62b5\u503a\u6216\u8d29\u5356\u52b3\u5de5\u3002\u8fd9\u5c06\u5305\u62ec\u786e\u4fdd\u4ed6\u4eec\u96c7\u7528\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5de5\u4eba\u90fd\u5c06\u7b7e\u8ba2\u5b8c\u5168\u7b26\u5408\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u52b3\u52a8\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4e0d\u4f1a\u65bd\u52a0\u4efb\u4f55\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u80c1\u8feb\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9\u79bb\u5f00\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u5904\u4ee5\u5de8\u989d\u7f5a\u6b3e\u6216\u4e22\u5931\u5c45\u7559\u8bc1\u6216\u9650\u5236\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff09\u81ea\u613f\u7ec8\u6b62\u4ed6\/\u5979\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e94\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u8d22\u52a1\u6216\u62b5\u62bc\u62c5\u4fdd\u6216\u503a\u52a1\u62c5\u4fdd\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u96c7\u7528\u5de5\u4eba\uff1b\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u62db\u8058\u8d39\u7528\u5e94\u7531\u8bbe\u65bd\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5de5\u4eba\u627f\u62c5\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c06\u786e\u4fdd\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u65c5\u884c\u8bc1\u4ef6\u4e0d\u4f1a\u88ab\u6263\u7559\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6240\u6709\u4e66\u9762\u5408\u540c\u5747\u4f7f\u7528\u5de5\u4eba\u80fd\u591f\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u3002<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-theme-blocks-step theme-block appear-on-scroll no-image\"><div class=\"layout\"><div class=\"block-step\">3<\/div><div class=\"block-content\">\n<figure  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-image size-full\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wrapcompliance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/wrap_icons_12principles_child_labor.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2339871\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-heading\" ><span class=\"text\">\u7981\u6b62\u8058\u7528\u7ae5\u5de5<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Facilities will not hire any employee under the age of 15 (14 in less-developed countries) or under the minimum age established by law for employment, whichever is greater, or any employee whose employment would interfere with compulsory schooling. Facilities will not hire forced or indentured child labor.<\/p>\n\n<h6  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-heading is-style-expandable has-arrow-down\" ><span class=\"text\">\u9605\u8bfb\u66f4\u591a<\/span><svg class=\"icon svg-icon icon-arrow-right\"><use xlink:href=\"https:\/\/wrapcompliance.org\/wp-content\/themes\/wrapcompliance\/images\/icons.svg#icon-arrow-right\"><\/use><\/svg><\/h6>\n\n<div  class=\"theme-block wp-block-group has-black-color has-light-purple-background-color has-text-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" ><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c06\u786e\u4fdd\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0d\u4ece\u4e8b\u4efb\u4f55\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u7ae5\u5de5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u6700\u6076\u52a3\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u7ae5\u5de5\u3002\u6839\u636e\u56fd\u9645\u52b3\u5de5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7b2c 138 \u53f7\u516c\u7ea6\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5f53\u5730\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5141\u8bb8\uff0c\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5f97\u96c7\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u5e74\u9f84\u4f4e\u4e8e\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5141\u8bb8\u4e14\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f4e\u4e8e 15 \u5c81\uff08\u6b20\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3a 14 \u5c81\uff09\u7684\u4eba\u5458\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c06\u9075\u5b88\u5f53\u5730\u5173\u4e8e\u4e49\u52a1\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5728\u5f53\u5730\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u8bbe\u65bd\u96c7\u7528\u5e74\u8f7b\u5de5\u4eba\uff08\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u5e74\u9f84\u4ecb\u4e8e\u6700\u4f4e\u5c31\u4e1a\u5e74\u9f84\u548c 18 \u5c81\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u8bbe\u65bd\u8fd8\u5c06\u9075\u5b88\u4efb\u4f55\u9002\u7528\u7684\u5173\u4e8e\u5de5\u4f5c\u6027\u8d28\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u91cf\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9650\u5236\u7531\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e74\u8f7b\u5de5\u4eba\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e0e\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u95f4\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u9650\u5236\u4ee5\u53ca\u786e\u4fdd\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e74\u8f7b\u5de5\u4eba\u4e0d\u4ece\u4e8b\u4efb\u4f55\u5371\u9669\u5de5\u4f5c\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5316\u5b66\u5904\u7406\u6216\u64cd\u4f5c\u91cd\u578b\u673a\u68b0\uff09\u3002<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"appear-on-scroll\">\u8bbe\u65bd\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u5f62\u5f0f\u6765\u81ea\u9886\u5bfc\u5c42\u6216\u540c\u4e8b\u9a9a\u6270\u3001\u8650\u5f85\u548c\u4f53\u7f5a\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h6  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-heading is-style-expandable has-arrow-down\" ><span class=\"text\">\u9605\u8bfb\u66f4\u591a<\/span><svg class=\"icon svg-icon icon-arrow-right\"><use xlink:href=\"https:\/\/wrapcompliance.org\/wp-content\/themes\/wrapcompliance\/images\/icons.svg#icon-arrow-right\"><\/use><\/svg><\/h6>\n\n<div  class=\"theme-block wp-block-group has-black-color has-light-purple-background-color has-text-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" ><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c06\u786e\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u5c0a\u91cd\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u6743\u5229\u548c\u5c0a\u4e25\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u786e\u4fdd\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u4f53\u7f5a\u6216\u8eab\u4f53\u80c1\u8feb\u3002\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e0d\u4f1a\u53c2\u4e0e\u6216\u5bb9\u5fcd\u2014\u2014\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u8fd8\u662f\u5728\u8bbe\u65bd\u6216\u4ee3\u8868\u5176\u884c\u4e8b\u7684\u52b3\u5de5\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\u2014\u2014\u4efb\u4f55\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u6216\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u3001\u4e0d\u96c5\u6216\u5a01\u80c1\u6027\u624b\u52bf\u3001\u8fb1\u9a82\u6027\u8bed\u6c14\u6216\u8bed\u8a00\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u4e0d\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u6216\u53e3\u5934\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6b3a\u51cc\u3002\u7279\u522b\u662f\uff0c\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c06\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u5c42\u9762\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u3001\u4e3b\u7ba1\u548c\u5de5\u4eba\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u6ca1\u6709\u9a9a\u6270\u548c\u8650\u5f85\u3002<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"appear-on-scroll\">\u8bbe\u65bd\u987b\u81f3\u5c11\u652f\u4ed8\u5f53\u5730\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u603b\u85aa\u916c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6240\u6709\u6cd5\u5b9a\u5de5\u8d44\u3001\u6d25\u8d34\u548c\u798f\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"appear-on-scroll\">\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u53ca\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u7b26\u5408\u5176\u6240\u5728\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u798f\u5229\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u4e3a\u5176\u5458\u5de5\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5de5\u4f5c\u63d0\u4f9b\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u8865\u507f\u3002\u8fd9\u5c06\u5305\u62ec\u52a0\u73ed\u6216\u8282\u5047\u65e5\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4fdd\u8d39\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f53\u5730\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u6d25\u8d34\u6216\u798f\u5229\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4efb\u4f55\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u3002<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div
