Jeff Halvorson
Jeff Halvorson is Director of Partnerships for PepsiCo’s Global Sustainable Packaging team, responsible for the design, launch, and execution of external partnership solutions that contribute to the company’s 2030 sustainability goals. This comes after building shared value partnership solutions for PepsiCo’s Global Sustainable Agriculture team alongside peer companies, donors, development finance institutions, impact capital firms, and private foundations across multiple geographies, most notably Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South/Southeast Asia.
Prior to PepsiCo, Jeff worked at Resonance, a consulting firm that builds public-private collaboration solutions for corporate, donor, and NGO clients in emerging markets. He helped donors such as USAID and DFAT integrate private sector engagement strategies into their programming across sectors, regions, and value chains.
Before moving into the world of corporate sustainability and private sector engagement, Jeff was an independent strategic partnerships consultant as well as Program Director for two international leadership development companies. These experiences gave him the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders in the creation of shared value partnership solutions as well as cross-cultural experiential learning programs. He has an MPA from University of Washington and BA from the University of Southern California and lives in Seattle, WA.
