Assent Compliance has named WRAP President and CEO Avedis Seferian one of its Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Leaders for 2020. This list, published by the Canadian CSR consulting company, is based on a wide range of factors ranging from appearances in publications, media citations, and participation in trade shows and industry focus groups. Also, social media outreach and issue advocacy were considered during the nomination and selection process.
Joining Avedis on this prestigious list were thought leaders from leading corporate and non-profit entities such as Ford Motor Company, General Electric, Apple, Intel, Ascena, Patagonia, Fair Trade USA, the United Nations, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
Seferian expressed his gratitude for this recognition, along with a sense of pride in the accomplishments of WRAP and its team: “While it is certainly a personal honor to be listed alongside many peers and industry titans, I consider this achievement to be as much a reflection of WRAP’s success as of my own.” Seferian continued: “That success would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of everyone associated with WRAP.” He concluded by stating: “I want to thank everyone in our organization for their contributions, and I look forward to continuing our great work in furthering WRAP’s mission!”
