Deidra joined WRAP in 2025, bringing her expertise in external communications to elevate WRAP’s mission and initiatives. As the Director of Communications, she oversees media relations, executive communications, social media, and marketing efforts to enhance awareness and understanding of WRAP’s vision and performance. In previous roles, Deidra, a military veteran and active community leader, has served as a Public Affairs Specialist, Director of Marketing, Director of Operations, and Managing Director, contributing to the success of organizations in the healthcare, real estate, and nonprofit sectors.

Deidra holds a Master of Science in Public Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Journalism from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is fluent in German and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the first African American sorority, reflecting her dedication to community service and shared values.
