As WRAP’s Director of Compliance Administration, Srishti is responsible for leading the Compliance Administration Department across all regions. She communicates with WRAP’s third-party monitoring firms, internal auditors, facilities, and buyers daily. She is responsible for overseeing the WRAP Certification Process, facilitating document control and data collection, and organizing the Annual Monitors’ Council Meetings. Srishti started working at WRAP in 2012 as a Compliance Administration Intern and became the Director of Compliance Administration in 2019.

Srishti is an Alumni of George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She has also successfully passed WRAP’s Lead Auditor Training Course.
