This summer, WRAP made enhancements across its certification, audit, and operational systems, improving clarity and user experience.

The season started with WRAP successfully transitioning to a new facility and buyer portal, providing greater transparency and oversight. This allows WRAP to monitor auditor activity and identify which auditor is working on the report.

Key benefits to the new portal include:

  • A simplified and more intuitive registration process
  • Enhanced user experience and navigation
  • Streamlined buyer access to reports and certificates
  • One-click downloading of reports and certificates

In addition, WRAP launched the digital version of the condensed Pre-Audit Self-Assessment (PASA). This enhancement streamlines the assessment process and provides facilities with an efficient experience.

WRAP also rolled out a redesigned facility certificate, which now reflects its ongoing commitment to improving the presentation and professional appearance of WRAP certification documents while maintaining the integrity and credibility of the certification process. WRAP-certified facilities will receive a brief post-certification survey to help us continually improve and enhance our certification program.

Looking ahead, WRAP is updating its Facility Handbook and Auditor Handbook and will release them within the next few weeks. Stay connected and sign up for The Weekly WRAP-Up for more WRAP updates.
