Dawn has worked with WRAP for 22 years and is the Manager of Administrative Operations at WRAP headquarters in the USA.
“I had knowledge and understanding of WRAP’s mission from the beginning. I found it very interesting and wanted to join to learn how WRAP could assist facilities and workers to succeed in being compliant and workers’ rights. Through managing the administrative work, I help create stability and organization for WRAP and its partners. My goal is to offer a sense of determination to build trust through consistent communication, to connect factories, brands, and auditors, which are the pillars of the work.
There’s great collaboration and communication among the staff, which has helped WRAP to progress. My favorite memory is when the entire company came together in one place to meet staff from various countries, we all collaborated with one another and great minds worked together.
The new website and Certification Platform are visual representations of the improvements. With WRAP’s staff expertise and passion, we are better prepared to respond to any changes in the industry. I hope in the future, WRAP will become a well-known name among the world, which will bring longevity in continuing to support facilities.”
